Users can self-onboard through the AI agent to feel and trial the performance of Fluents AI Agents.
Originally, customers did not have an onboarding experience which was a severe pain point in helping them discover the platform.
Reflections
I had no idea what an API or Input Schemas were until this role.
I loved working with the Fluents team where their fiery drive also fueled mine. It was very fruitful to dive deep into creating several experiences for users to create their voice agents. I worked very closely with the front-end engineer to ensure interactions are well-delivered.
While it's one of the earlier iterations of the Fluents platform, I learned so much back-end knowledge that strengthened me to be a better designer, especially in the world of AI.
